("we", "us", "our") that link to this page, including titles distributed through app stores and instant-game platforms (collectively, the "Games"). It explains how we handle information in connection with the Games.
We do not knowingly collect your real name (beyond a platform display name where applicable), email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
To operate and save your game, process and validate purchases, prevent fraud and cheating, show and measure advertising, diagnose and fix problems, and improve balance and stability. We do not sell your personal information.

Our Games are general-audience titles and are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country — for example 16 in parts of the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at luna@dualgames.net and we will delete it. Where required by law, we limit data use and serve only non-personalized (contextual) advertising to such users.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting luna@dualgames.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Users in the EU/EEA/UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (for example "Limit Ad Tracking", or resetting your advertising ID) and through the controls offered by the platform and the advertising networks. Where required, we ask for your consent before processing data for personalized ads, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Many of our Games store progress only on your own device; that data remains until you clear the app data or uninstall the Game. Where a Game offers cloud save, we retain that progress while your installation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Games store data on your device (for example browser local storage or app caches) to save settings and progress and to enable offline play. You can clear this through your browser or device settings, though doing so may erase local progress.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the Republic of Korea. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
